Yeah….Elizabeth going was a shock but Angelina just literally blew up her game and any cracks in her alliance have just become full blown welcome signs and open doors

That was a pretty fun tribal with a disappointing outcome. I always hate it when an alliance knows that they’re losing the fight and so they also vote for their own person. It would have been better to at least see if come to 6-6 between Angelina and Elizabeth before Elizabeth finally got the boot. Also would have been cool if Davie had used that idol to even things out, but that wasn’t even a consideration. I felt for Elizabeth, but I also don’t think she pitched the vote against Angelina as well as she could have. She and Gabby would have been better off emphasizing that the David/Goliath alliances weren’t going to last long rather than saying more than once that they just wanted to flip a Goliath over to the Davids.

The drama coming off of Angelina continues to be prime. “I don’t even, like, feel safe in my own home.” WHAT? She, Natalia, Natalie, and Anthony were all such high drama characters that it’s a shame we didn’t get to see them all fighting with one another. I look forward to seeing Ang rewrite this history next week.

Elizabeth really had no hope. I agree that she didn’t pitch it well enough – plus she said in an exit interview that she was filming confessionals right before tribal council, so she didn’t have time to throw Angelina under the bus until tribal. Carl definitely wasn’t going to flip, and neither was the “Strike Force” alliance of six since they wanted to get rid of a few Davids first.

But Elizabeth did screw Angelina’s game. Angelina makes great television, but I can’t see her lasting more than a few more weeks. Mike and Nick don’t trust her, and now the Goliaths don’t trust her. She won’t have anybody to turn to.

Dan’s story is also leading up to a major downfall IMO. Kara doesn’t seem to be as tight with him as he thinks she is, plus Alison and Gabby already decided to blindside him before the merge. It would be hilarious if he went home with two idols in his pocket!

Oh yeah, I forgot about Carl. It really annoyed me that his first move, as someone who really had no hint at an alliance other than having been a David, was to start trash talking Elizabeth to everyone who wasn’t on Vuku. It just seemed really dumb in the longer term, like in terms of anything more than this one vote, but it probably didn’t matter.
